Seth's Style - Summer Smarts

Here I am again, with my little man and his unbelievable cute-ness.  I love dressing this fella, assuming he lets me put him in what I want to and not a Spiderman costume that is.

His first day at his new nursery was a big day for us both, not to mention a sunny one, so it was a day for smart/casual at it's best with a colourful, old faithful rugby top, denim shorts and comfy trainers.  Typical boy stuff, comfy and not a problem if when it gets covered in paint.

Seth wears... Top, Models own ;) / Jean Shorts, £13 Next / Adidas Superstar Foundation, £30 Schuh

The shoes are fab - mini versions of an Adidas classic, these Adidas Superstar Foundation shoes are light and flexible for growing feet and carry the ortholite insoles, so I know his flexi-feet will be happy in these iconic trainers - and I'm reliably informed, these are very, very fast trainers.

I'm a bit in love with these shorts, a recent addition from the Next range of boys clothes.  I struggle with shorts for the little dude.  He's tall and skinny so if they fit on the waste he's channeling the short length of a middle-aged European tourist, or they're constantly dropping around his ankles if the length is right.  However, the fit on these is perfection.

The top, an old John Lewis design, only just fits; smart enough for his first day, but no big deal if it gets smeared in poo coloured paint (how do they do that - make that specific colour of brown every time.  Lovely).

What are you dressing your little men in this Summer?  Do share....
